How can we work together?
-
Counselling wherever you are. Video therapy gives you the same support as in-person sessions, but with the ease of connecting from home or any private space. It’s flexible, convenient, and ideal if travel, time, or distance make it harder to attend face-to-face.
Ideal for anyone who values convenience, has mobility challenges, lives outside Melbourne, or simply prefers the comfort of their own space.
What you'll need: A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space. We’ll connect via Microsoft Teams - I’ll send you a secure link before each session.

Simple and accessible. Phone sessions provide the same level of support as other formats, ideal if you prefer focusing purely on the conversation without the visual element of video. All you need is a quiet space and your phone - you can even take your session during a lunch break, from your car, or while at home. It's therapy that fits into your life.
Perfect for people with busy schedules, those who prefer voice-only communication, or anyone who wants the flexibility to have a session from wherever they are.
What you’ll need: A private, quiet space where you can talk openly for 50 minutes.

For some people, sitting in a counselling room feels uncomfortable or limiting. Walk and talk therapy offers an alternative: we meet outdoors. Let’s walk along the beach or meet in a park.
Being in nature can make it easier to open up, reduce anxiety, and bring a sense of calm. The gentle movement of walking often helps thoughts and feelings flow more naturally.
Given Melbourne's weather, we'll always have a backup plan.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. We’ll meet at an agreed location - I’m familiar with several quiet beach and park areas around Melbourne’s South East that work for confidential conversations.
Sessions are $100 for 50 minutes. Most people pay through the online booking system, but I'm happy to arrange bank transfer or cash payment if that's easier for you.
Receipts are provided for your records. Some private health funds offer rebates for counselling - please check with your insurer about your coverage.
